QUALIFICATION / WORK EXPERIENCE

  • B. E / B. Tech - Mechanical with 2-3 years of experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Working experience in NPD (New Product Development) in Quality domain
  • Profound knowledge on creation of PPAP Documents
  • MSA, Process Capability / Machine capability studies
  • 8D reports & Root cause analysis for critical issues
  • DFMEA & Control plans creation
  • Dimensional variations analysis & Interpretations.
  • Sound exposure to design and process validations
  • IQRM software (FMEA creation) would be an added advantage
  • IATF16949:2016 standards exposure
  • Knowledge on VDA 6.3 would be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
